Incredible Ladies United is a nonprofit organization established for young ladies age 12-18
I.L.U. fosters great opportunities for young ladies to serve the community by volunteering to distribute food that is provided by the North Carolina Food Bank. Our young ladies are able to earn community service hours, meet community leadership and sharpen their skills in public relations while having fun!

1. Must be a young lady with ties to the community
2. Attending higher educational institutions (provide acceptance letter)
3. 3 letters of recommendation (character and service) from school or community staff
4. Complete an essay that gives a good introduction to include background, ambitions for the future and "Explain how your work in t
